Project Experience

  • City of Phoenix Neighborhood Waterline Replacement, Camelback to Campbell, 7th Street to 7th Avenue: Completed detailed topography for the new waterline project for the City of Phoenix.
  • Westland Road, from 82nd Street to 84th Street, Scottsdale, Arizona:  Provided topographic mapping, vegetation location in the proposed roadway alignment and construction staking services for the new portion of public roadway.
  • Val Vista Drive, from McDowell to South Canal, Mesa Arizona:  Provided construction staking services and asbuilts for the new roadway improvements and bridge over the canal.
  • Tempe Autoplex (Private Road), from Interstate 10 to Priest Drive, Tempe, Arizona:  Provided topographic mapping of the existing roadway for the relocation of existing storm drain facilities.
  • Pioneer Ford West, Interstate 10 Right of Way from Central Avenue to Litchfield Road, Goodyear, Arizona:  Provided topographic mapping of the existing I-10 Right of Way (Southern Portion) to be used for landscaping redesign.
  • Arizona Falls Canal Bank Enhancement, Phoenix, Arizona:  Provided construction staking and asbuilt services for the City of Phoenix/SRP Arts Commission Project at 56th Street and Indian School.
  • Peoria Fire Stations 191 and 192, Peoria, Arizona:  Provided ALTA Surveys and topographic mapping to be used for the design of two new fire station sites in the City of Peoria.
  • Pima Road Waterline, from Pinnacle Peak to Jomax Road, Scottsdale, Arizona:  Provided construction staking and asbuilt services for the new 12” and 36” waterline extensions.
  • City of Phoenix Aguila Golf Course:  Completed boundary and topographic services in the pre-design phase of the project.  After the design teams worked with the City and Gary Parks International, the survey team performed construction layout for the golf course, utilities, and golf course buildings for the City of Phoenix.
  • Pecos Road, from Lindsey to Recker, Gilbert, Arizona:  Provided construction staking services and asbuilts for the new roadway improvements and utilities.
  • DC Ranch “The Village” Health Club, Scottsdale, Arizona:  Provided topographic mapping and construction staking services.
  • Dobson Road, from Frye road to Germann Road, Chandler, Arizona:  Provided construction staking Services and asbuilts for the new roadway improvements and utilities.
