Final Plat

Our typical services for a Final Plat include the following, if additional items are required please specify in the additional instructions box below.

  • Creation of a Final Plat per Municipality specifications.
  • Provide the Municipality with overall and independent gross and net lot closures for the site.
  • Review and address Municipality comments.
  • Set property corners for the platted lots.
  • Recordation of the Plat at the Maricopa County Recorder’s Office.
